Jake King, Communications & Diversity Strategist for the City of Sun Prairie, will be presenting on on the topic of mental health issues and how that connects to municipal operations. This presentation will establish building blocks regarding mental health issues and provide examples on some of the ways Sun Prairie is responding to them. He will be joined by Jo Oyama-Miller, a volunteer with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Dane County, who will share her lived experience as being a mother of a son living with a mental illness.
