The Dane County Cities and Villages Association will hold a virtual roundtable discussion from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, on the topic of employee recruitment and retention for local governments.
The roundtable discussion will feature a 45-minute presentation, followed by time for questions and discussion. The presenters are:
- Jason Stroud, assistant city administrator for the City of River Falls; and
- Sharon Eveland, administrator for the Village of Shorewood Hills.
They will discuss why it's important for local government employers to be responding differently to recruitment and retention needs and will share some ideas that are being practiced by other Wisconsin employers.
